- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on June 24, 2025, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 25-16: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 7-2-112(3) OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT A MOBILE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AS A TEMPORARY USE.
