PUBLIC NOTICE - REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS NEW PARK PAVILION CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The Town of Orderville is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a pavilion at the new town park. The proposed structure will provide a shaded area for public gatherings, events, and recreation. Project Description: The project consists of constructing a durable, weather-resistant pavilion with the following features: Minimum Specifications: - Open-air structure with roof (metal or shingle) - Concrete slab foundation - Posts/support beams engineered to local building codes - Electrical wiring for lighting and future use (outlets, fans, etc.) - Size: approximately 30' x 60' - Optional: picnic tables, benches, or additional features (to be priced separately) - Deadline: Pavilion must be fully completed no later than May 31, 2026 Submission Deadline: Sealed bids must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Submission Location: Town of Orderville, 425 E State Street, Orderville, UT 84758 Bid Requirements: - Contractor name and contact details - Utah contractor license and insurance documentation - Proposed timeline and schedule for completion - Detailed cost breakdown (labor, materials, permits, etc.) - Building design or layout concept (if available) - Experience with similar public construction projects Additional Information: - Pavilion must comply with all local and state building codes - The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids - Selection will be based on qualifications, experience, design, cost, and timeline - Site visits can be scheduled through the Town Office There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site located at 355 E 100 S Ballfield Rd, Orderville, Utah on July 9, 2025 at 3:00 pm.
