Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Farr West City Council hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Farr West City Hall, 1896 N 1800 W, Farr West The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input regarding the proposed implementation of a Transportation Utility Fee (TUF). This fee is being considered as a dedicated funding source for the maintenance and improvement of city roads and transportation infrastructure. The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input regarding the request to vacate a public utility easement at 2449 West 2425 North for Kaylon Layne. All interested residents are invited to attend.
