- HIGHLAND CITY LEGAL NOTICE Summary of Ordinances of the Highland City Council On June 3, 2025, Highland City Council adopted the following ordinances: - O-2025-12 Creating a New Section of the Highland City Code Regulating Storm Water Drainage and Discharge - O-2025-13 Amending Regulations for parking of Trailers and Oversized Vehicles on City Highways On June 17, 2025, Highland City Council adopted the following ordinances: - O-2025-14 Amending the Highland City Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget - O-2025-15 Enacting Compensation Increases for Specific City Officers (2025-2026) - O-2025-16 Adopting the Highland City Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget A full and complete copy of the ordinances are available at the office of the Highland City Recorder, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, Utah, during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Posted in the following locations on June 24, 2025 Public Notice Website (https://www.utah.gov/pmn/) Highland City Website (www.highlandut.gov) Highland City Hall
