Description/Agenda
Notice is hereby given that on June 20, 2025 LINDY EARL JR OTTINGER filed with the registrar of this court an application for informal probate of the decedent's will dated June 20, 2025 and for informal appointment of LINDY EARL JR OTTINGER as personal representative of the decedent, to act without bond. A copy of the application is on file with the clerk of the court and may be reviewed upon request. After the _elapse of ten days from the date of this notice, if the application is found to be complete and in compliance with the Utah Uniform Probate Code, it will be granted. Failure to object to the application will not affect the right of an interested person to petition the court to set aside the informal probate or appointment. Reviewed by the registrar for approval on July 11, 2025.
