- Public Notice of A Board of Directors' Meeting of The Utah Municipal Power Agency Pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 52-4-202 of the Open and Public Meeting Law of the State of Utah, contained in Title 52, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, Utah Municipal Power Agency ('UMPA'), a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereby gives notice of the Meeting of the Board of Directors which shall be open to the public, to be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 6:00 pm at the UMPA office at 696 West 100 South, Spanish Fork, Utah. 1.
