Fraud Risk Assessment- Annual Statement of Ethical Behavior for Esperanza Elementary Board Members- Cash Management- Deposits within 3 days - Complete Deposit and Investment Report with the Money Management Council on or before January 31 and July 31 of each year, ensuring that the report agrees to bank statement balances, not book balances.
