WEST WARREN - WARREN WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF INTENT TO UPDATE IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF IMPACT FEE ANALYSES In accordance with Utah Code 11- 36a-501 and 11- 36a-503, notice is given that West Warren - Warren Water Improvement District (the District), an improvement district located in Weber County, Utah, intends to update the Impact Fee Facilities Plans (IFFPs) and prepare Impact Fee Analyses (IFAs) for capital facilities related to the culinary water system. The geographic area included in the IFFPs and IFAs is the entire area within the district boundary and possible areas of annexation. All interested people are hereby invited to provide information to the District to be considered in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the referenced documents. Written comments may be submitted to Melissa Murray, at westwarrenwtr@gmail.com. Comments may also be mailed to the District at 1561 South 7500 West, Ogden, UT 84404.
