The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 2, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider an ordinance vacating part of a public right-of-way at approximately 400 East 325 South. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 2, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Sections 32-2, 32-5, 32-7, and 32-9 pertaining to definitions, subdivisions, property boundary adjustments, warranty bonds, and warranty inspections. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 2, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Sections 26-VIII-1 and 26-VIII-2 removing the requirement that a councilmember sit on the Planning Commission. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
