NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on July 1, 2025, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items:
Transportation Master Plan:
- Eagle Mountain City has contracted with Horrocks Engineering to update the Transportation Master Plan. With the tremendous growth in the city, it is important to review and update the Plan. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Assistant City Engineer David Salazar: dsalazar@eaglemountain.gov.
Utility Rates Study 2025 & Adoption of New Utility Fees:
- A proposal to adopt a resolution amending the Eagle Mountain Consolidated Fee Schedule for Water and Sewer Rates. The proposed changes aim to ensure sufficient funding to operate and maintain the City's water and sewer systems, while also supporting the long-term financial stability of both the water and sewer funds. Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Amendments:
- EMMC 10.10 Parking: This is a proposed code amendment regarding the standards of parking recreational vehicles on a lot in residential or agriculture zones and requiring that RVs must be owned or titled to the property owner or resident of the lot where parked. - EMMC 17.80 Sign Regulations and Sign Permits: This proposed code amendment defines Athletic Facility Signs such as around a baseball or football field and adopting standards for such signs. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Senior Planner David Stroud, dstroud@eaglemountain.gov
