IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, July 15, 2025 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on a Concurrent Land use from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential and a Zone Amendment from RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1 acre) to R-1-7.5 (Residential Single Family 7,500 square feet) on approximately 9.87 acres. Applicant/Owner: Wilford Leon Hafen Trust-Owner/Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 400 East and 200 South. Contact: Rob Dalley, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivins.com, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission.
