Ivins City Arts Commission Agenda June 25, 2025 3:00 PM Ivins City Hall - Council Chambers Note: the order of the items discussed on this agenda is subject to change. 1. Welcome and call to order a) Acknowledgement of a quorum b) Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion of Whittaker fundraising initiative 3. Discussion of Changes to the ICAC website a) Design and addition of a fundraising page b) Changes to the landing pages 4. Motion to move to a closed session a) Discussion of applicants to fill the two vacancies on the ICAC 5. Return to the Council Chamber and re-open the meeting a) Motion to make a recommendation to the Mayor and City Council to appoint the selected applicants to fill the vacancies on the ICAC 6. Adjourn Next regular ICAC meeting: July 19, 2025, 5:00 pm Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
