Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
There is a possibility that one or more Board Members may participate electronically or by telephone.
The district intends to stream the public hearing live on Zoom. Those attending via Zoom may also provide comments during the hearing, and instructions are available on the district's website. As required by law, the agenda will be posted at least 24 hours before the hearing on the district's public meeting portal, and will include the Zoom meeting link and passcode.
The district is unable to provide technical support for Zoom, and technical issues that arise during the public hearing may not be fixable in real time. To ensure comments are received, members of the public are encouraged to attend the hearing in person or submit written comments online for the board's consideration.
