NOTICE OF ADOPTION GIVEN BY THE COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY OF RESOLUTIONS AND INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS

Approving and Adopting
Amended Interlocal Agreements between the Cottonwood Heights Community Development and Renewal Agency and each of the following entities: Cottonwood Heights City, Cottonwood Heights Park and Recreation Service Area, South Salt Lake Valley Mosquito Abatement District, Canyons School District, Salt Lake County, and the Salt Lake County Library, Collectively Referred to as (the 'Resolutions and Interlocal Agreements')
Pursuant to Title 17C. Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Community Reinvestment Agency Act and specifically 17C-4-202, as well as the noticing requirements in 63G-30-102, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, the Cottonwood Heights Community Development and Renewal Agency (the 'Agency') is providing this notice with respect to the Resolutions and Interlocal Agreements. Below is a summary table of all Taxing Entities with their respective Resolutions and Interlocal Agreements in addition to the dates they were approved and adopted.

Each respective Interlocal Agreement is available for public inspection during regular hours in the Agency's offices at 2277 Bengal Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121. Summary of Resolutions and Interlocal Agreements of Various Taxing Entities Regarding the Canyon Centre CDA
The Resolutions and Interlocal Agreements between the Agency and each of the following entities: Cottonwood Heights City, Cottonwood Heights Park and Recreation Service Area, South Salt Lake Valley Mosquito Abatement District, Canyons School District, Salt Lake County, and the Salt Lake County Library either approved, ratified, or both, all of the amendments to the agreements.
This Notice will be posted for a period of at least 30 days, after which it will be 'effective' according to 17C-4-202.
For a period of 30 days after the 'effective date' of the Official Plan, any person in interest may contest the Official Plan or the procedure used to adopt it if the Official Plan or procedure fails to comply with applicable statutory requirements. After expiration of that 30-
day period, no person may contest the Official Plan or procedure used to adopt it for any cause.
This Notice is provided June 19, 2025, and will be posted on the Utah Public Notice Website in addition to the City's website.
