The Purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comments for the following:

Amending 10-2-2 definition of Accessory Use Building to state what the setbacks are in the definition, as well as when a building permit is needed from the City.

Amending 10-6-1 Land Use Matrix setbacks on accessory buildings and size requirements

Also seeking comment on land use code 8-6 Storm Water Facility Maintenance for standards and requirements for commercial storm water maintenance.
This agenda is hereby properly advertised this 18th day of June, 2025, through posting of copies of this agenda at the Mona City Offices, at the United States Postal Office in Mona City, on the Mona City website at www.monautah.gov, and on the Utah Public Notice Website at www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html.
