Description/Agenda: Notice Notice is hereby given that the final Fiscal Year 2025-26 City budget was approved on June 17, 2025. The budget includes the continued practice of the City not charging itself for utility services (culinary water, sanitary sewer, storm water, and garbage) used in the normal operations of delivering City operated services. The estimated dollar amounts for these non-charged utility services and the percentage of total fund expenses for which they represent are as follows: Culinary Water Fund $87,136 or 3.9%; Sanitary Sewer Fund $7,735 or 0.4%; Storm Water Fund $28,424 or 4%; and Garbage Fund $11,592 or 1.5%.
