Notice of Adoption of Resolutions Milford City Council adopted the following resolutions in a regularly scheduled meeting held June 17, 2025: o Resolution 4-2025 'Authorizing Milford City to Pay the Employer Pick-up of the URS Contributions' This resolution allows the city to pay the employer pick-up of the URS Contribution for fiscal year July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. o Resolution 5-2025 'Setting and Adjusting the Approved Vendor List' This resolution sets an approved vendor list for the Milford City Accounts Payable Department identifying vendors who are exempt from obtaining purchase orders and/or completing a vendor approval, expense report, or purchase authorization form because Milford City has an agreement with the vendor for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. o Resolution 6-2025 'Setting the Real and Personal Property Tax' This resolution sets the levied tax rate on real property located within the municipality, not otherwise exempted by law. o Resolution 7-2025 'Waiving Payment for Interfund Services' This resolution waives the cash exchange for Interfund Services provided to the Milford City General Fund from the Water and Sewer Enterprise Funds of Milford City. o Resolution 8-2025 'Adopting Budgets and Appropriating Funds for FY 2025-2026' This resolution adopts the operating budget for fiscal year July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 appropriating funds and converting expenditures for the maintenance and operation of the various funds of the city. o Resolution 9-2025 'Amending Budgets and Appropriating Funds for FY 2024-2025' This resolution amends the operating budget for fiscal year July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 appropriating funds and converting expenditures for the maintenance and operation of the various funds of the city. o Resolution 10-2025 'Adjusting Compensation and Salaries FY 2025-2026' This resolution adjusts the compensation and salaries for the officers and employees of Milford City for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. Copies of the resolutions in their entirety are available for public inspection or copies may be purchased during normal business hours at the Milford City Offices, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah.
