SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 42 of 2025 The Salt Lake City Council, at its June 10, 2025, meeting adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 17 of the Salt Lake City Code. The Department of Public Utilities requested the updates to align with the City's proposed water, sewer, and stormwater rate structures and to comply with regulatory requirements.
