Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale City Youth Council will hold a coordination meeting Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible.

a. July 17,18,19 Melissa Ticket Booth, Giant Flag, Mutton Bustin
Friday night July 18 the Youth council will be recognized. We want as many there as possible. Seats have been reserved for Friday night.
Saturday night July 19 We have a code available for an additional ticket on Saturday night. If you are planning on just coming and helping and do not want a seat, no ticket is required. Plan of action Due June 23

Needs: 3 leaders and workers for our tent that day. Sign up for times
