The agenda is as follows:1.Welcome 2.Roll Call 3.Opening Ceremony 4.Approval of the agenda 5.Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6.At 6:05 conduct the following 2 public hearings A.Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Nathaniel Larsen at 195 North 100 West for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" to operate as a contractor from said address B.Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Cody and Chalet Schenk at 624 North 800 East for a conditional use for a Level 2 "Home Occupation" to operate a lawcare maintenance and snow removal business from said address. 7.Other zoning matters
