Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: Call to Order Opening Prayer Pledge of Allegiance Appoint a replacement for a vacancy on the Town Council. Each resident will have 3 minutes to express their thoughts. The Council will allow you to finish speaking before providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. New Business Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025- 10 the amended budget for FY 2025. Attachments: Final Budget FY 2025 Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025-11 the approved budget FY 2026. Attachments: Final Budget FY 2026 Discussion and possible action regarding an RFP for architectural services for a new public works building. Attachments: RFP Discussion and possible action on updating our impact fee analysis. Attachments: LRB proposal Zions Bank proposal Discussion and possible action on approving Resolution 2025-12 accepting the certified Tax Rate @ 0.000949. Attachments: Tax Rate History Discussion and possible action on purchasing at no cost a 2010 Freightliner M2106 Type 4 Fire Engine.
