TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL Regular Business Meeting Agenda June 18, 2025, at 6:00 pm 212 N. Call to Order - Mayor Justin Sip 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Williams 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Chaves B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from June 4, 2025 City Council Meeting. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from May 2025. D. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there will be no response by any city official during this time. For specific questions, please contact staff directly. E. PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Public input is sought on the Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. F. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on the Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. 2. Discussion and possible action on an MPDO Modification Application and Site Plan for Residential Planning Area 6 within the Firelight MPDO. 3. Discussion and possible action regarding the Boulder Ridge Public Infrastructure District Performance Guarantee. 4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2025.XX - An ordinance amending Title 5 Chapter 1 Section 4 of Toquerville City Code to clarify standards for the keeping of livestock in Single-Family Residential Districts. 5. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025.XX - a resolution designating specific lo-cations and times for the discharge of fireworks within the City limits for public safety purposes. 6. Discussion and possible action setting the 2025 Property Tax Rate. G. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. 4th of July Celebration - Friday, July 4, 2025 at Center Street Park - 9:00 AM. Volunteers needed! 2. Toquerville Parkway Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - Thursday, July 10, 2025 - 8:00 AM. 3. Pioneer Day Celebration - Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Center Street Park - 7:00 PM. H. CLOSED SESSION: Discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual (if needed). I.
