Description/Agenda

A Municipal Primary Election for Beaver City and Milford City will be held in Beaver County on August 12, 2025. Information relating to the elections, including ballot drop box locations, sample ballots, accessible options for voters with a disability, and qualifications of voters may be obtained from the following sources: www.beaver.utah.gov/elections 105 E Center Beaver, UT 84713 (435)438-6463 Public notice is hereby given that on July 16, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at the Beaver County Admin Building 105 E Center, Beaver, Utah the election staff will conduct a demonstration of the logic and accuracy testing of the voting devices to be used in the upcoming Primary Election on August 12, 2025. The test is open to public observation in accordance with the provisions of Section 20A-5-802 (1), Utah Code Annotated, 1953 (the 'Utah Code'). AUDIT Notice is given of the election audit required by the Lieutenant Governor's Election Policy. The Audit will be conducted during normal business hours in the Commission Chambers 105 E. Center beginning August 18, 2025 3:00 p.m. and continuing until completed. Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend.
