- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WILLARD CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that Willard City Council will hold a public hearing on June 26, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. to receive public comments regarding Ordinance 2025-12 Amending Chapter 8.24.060 the Willard City Municipal Code to amend and revise Willard's Solicitor's License including changes in revocation of License.
