- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice is hereby given that the next Public Meeting of the Directors of the North Utah County Water Conservancy District will be held as follows: Tuesday, June 24th, 2025 At the hour of 9:00 a.m. To be held at the following address: Dry Creek Dam at the intersection of Timpanogos Highway and North Center Point Drive, Lehi Utah. THE MEETING WILL CONVENE ON TOP OF THE DAM. This meeting will be held in conjunction with the annual Utah State Dam safety inspection. The purpose of the meeting will be to address the items on the following agenda: Confirmation of Public Notice Roll Call Minutes from previous meetings State Dam Safety Inspection for Dry Creek, Tibble Fork and Silver Lake Flat: June 24th, 2025 Dry Creek Status of project AE2S status Fencing Update on Lehi's plans Homeowner with fence on district property One Source Materials License Agreement progress Silver Lake Flat Dam Status Tibble Fork Dam Status Grove Creek/ Battle Creek Status Follow the Flag 2025 Dam Tender: Alan Jenkins Report Financial Report Investments Audit Invoices Other Business: Emergency Action Plan Consolidation Policies and Procedures Such other business that may come before the Board Closed Session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation or such other matters that may be permitted by law Dated this 17th day of June, 2025. /S/ John H.
