Regular Meeting Agenda 1. Meeting Called to Order: - Invocation or Thought by Commissioner King - Pledge of Allegiance by Commissioner Hunter - Adoption of Meeting Agenda 2. Meeting Minutes: - Regular Meeting & Work Session for June 3, 2025 3. Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding items not scheduled for a public hearing on this agenda. Please consider others and limit your comments to three minutes. 4. Public Hearing: Minor Subdivision - Request by Jake Jones for a three-lot subdivision located at approximately 1185 S 3000 W. The project contains approximately 1 acre in the R-2 zone. 5. Public Hearing: Minor Subdivision - Request by Costco Wholesale for an eight-lot subdivision located at approximately SW Corner of Antelope Drive and 3000 W. The proposed project contains approximately 32 acres in the GC zone. 6. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Proposed revisions to ordinances that pertain to Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) regulations. 7. Discussion/Motion: Final Plat - Banbury Townhomes Phase 1. Application submitted by Erik Craythorne for final plat approval. The project is located at approximately 1700 W Antelope Drive and comprises approximately 9.38 acres in the PRD zone. 8. Adjourn Work Session 1.
