NOTICE AND AGENDA OF PUBLIC HEARING AND OAK CITY TOWN BOARD REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold two Public Hearings along with its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, June 19, 2025 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The first Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and will then take public comment on the 2024-2025 Town of Oak City Budget and prepare it to be Open, Amended, and Adopted during the Regular Town Board Meeting following the two Public Hearings. This Hearing will begin at 7:30 pm, after which, the second Public Hearing will begin. The second Public Hearing will take public comment on the Proposed 2025-2026 Town of Oak City Budget and prepare it for consideration of Adoption during the Regular Town Board Meeting following the two public hearings. This Hearing will begin directly after the first Public Hearing, after which, the regular Town Board Meeting will begin. The following agenda items will be considered: A. Adopt Agenda. B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held May 15, 2025. C. Open, Amend, and Adopt the 2024-2025 Town of Oak City Budget. D. Adopt the Town of Oak City 2025-2026 Budget, Resolution 2025-02. E. Discuss Making Changes to Town of Oak City's Consolidated Fee Schedule, including Water and Power Rates, Resolution 2025-03. F. Public Comment. G. Monthly Financial Report. H. Departmental Reports. All agenda items need to be submitted to Mayor Shim Callister or Town Recorder, Angie Dewsnup, no later than the Saturday before the Town Board Meeting.
