NOTICE OF EARLY VOTING DATES, TIMES AND LOCATIONS
Early Voting Locations for the 2025 Primary Election will be held at the following locations:
Delta:
Millard County's Satellite Offices 71 South 200 W, Delta:
- Friday, August 1, 2025, Thursday, August 7, 2025 & Friday, August 8, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
o (Park in any available parking spot in front or on the side of the building. Enter through the main doors that face West. Head straight back through to the Courtroom, just follow the 'Vote Arrows' signs.)
Fillmore:
Millard County Clerk's Office 765 S Hwy 99, Fillmore:
- Tuesday, July 29, 2025, through Friday, August 8, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Excluding Holidays)
o (Park in the North parking lot. Enter through the doors that directly face the Hospital and follow the 'Vote Arrows' signs.)
Voters needing assistance are encouraged to contact the Clerk's Office and/or come in person during these times or on Election Day.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS. Furthermore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Delta will make reasonable accommodations for those needing assistance to participate in our meetings. Requests for meeting assistance can be made by e-mailing the Delta City Recorder, swestbrook@delta.utah.gov or calling 435-864-2759 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
The City Council may conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA ยง52-4-207, (1953), as amended.
Other Information
Be advised the City Council may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Section 52-4-204 and Section 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than listed. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council should be present at meeting commencement.
