Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. Discuss Land Use Ordinances. (i) Review Draft of Subdivision Ordinance. (ii) Discuss and Review of City Code/Ordinances. B. Discuss General Plan. (i) Review & Discuss Draft of General Plan Update. C. Discussion on the need for a Substitute Planning Member. D. Review of Building Permit Requirements and Procedures. E. Follow-up on previous Building Permits. 6. Training 7. Other Business. 8. Adjournment.
