4. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public comment on the amended budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year
and the tentative budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
5. RESOLUTION 2025-002, A Resolution Amending the Budgets for all Oakley City Funds for the Fiscal
year 2024-2025; and Adopting a Tentative Budget for all Oakley City Funds for the Fiscal Year 2025

6. RESOLUTION 2025-003, A Resolution Adopting the 2025 tax rate for Oakley City (POSSIBLE ACTION)
