2. Agenda Item: The purpose of the meeting is to hear public comment and answer questions regarding finalizing the Wallsburg Town Fiscal Year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) Budget and the Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) Proposed Budget. All interested persons may attend.

a. Main Canyon Road Project, CDBG Application Updates - Information and Discussion Only
i. Troy Ostler (CivCo Engineering) will discuss status of Main Canyon Road Phase II & 2025 CDBG applications
b. Homeschool Co-Op Town Hall Rental for 2025-2026 School Year - Action Item
i. Discuss and vote on agreement for the Homeschool Co-Op rental of the Town Hall for the upcoming school year.
c. Adopt Fiscal Year 2026 Budget - Action Item
i. Following completion of budget review held May 15th 2025 and public hearing held June 16th 2025 by the
Wallsburg Town Council, it is hereby recommended that the Fiscal Year 2026 budget be adopted (as proposed) or (with the following changes __________).
c. Adopt Wasatch County Wildland Urban Interface Map - Action Item
i. The Wasatch County Wildland Urban Interface Map defines areas where development and wildland
vegetation meet, creatin a higher risk of wildfire. This map is used to guide regulations, such as those concerning fireworks and building codes, to mitigate fire risk. The WUI map in Wasatch County was developed by the Building and GIS departments, with input from the Fire Department and Forest Service.
d. Out of Town Limits Water System Connections - Action Item
i. Following public comment during Out of Town Limits Water System Connections Public Hearing held on
May 1, 2025- the Wallsburg Town Council will discuss and vote on allowing connections of homes outside of Wallsburg Town-Limits to the Wallsburg Town Water System.
