- ECHO CANYON, UTAH PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ENACTMENT OF LAND USE ORDINANCES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission Canyon (the 'Planning Commission') will hold a Public Hearing on June 23, 2025, at approximately 11:00 AM. The Public Hearing will be in person and located at 1813 Kane Springs Road (Onsite Construction Structure), Echo Canyon, Grand County, Utah 84532. Members of the Planning Commission may participate electronically. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on the following proposed land use ordinances: i. Building Code ii. Fire Protection Code iii. Excavation and Grading Code iv. Subdivision Ordinance v. Land Use Code The public is invited to review and inspect the proposed land use ordinances available upon request. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Planning Commission concerning the enactment of the proposed land use ordinances at the aforementioned time and place. Written comments may be submitted in advance of the Public Hearing to Jacob Clark at cityattorney@echocanyonutah.com. Additional information may be obtained from Jacob Clark at cityattorney@echocanyonutah.com or (801) 413-1600. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Jacob Clark at cityattorney@echocanyonutah.com, or (801) 413-1600 at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
