NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the zoning from C-4 (Central Business District Commercial) to PD-MU (Planned Development Mixed Use) on approximately 3.24 acres. The project will consist of commercial and residential uses. The property is located at the corner of Temple Street and St. George Blvd. The applicant is Civil Science and the representative is Brandee Walker. The project is known as Downtown Curio. Case No. 2025-ZC-013 ___________________________ ______ June 13, 2025_____________ Angie Jessop, Development Services Date REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
