Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 2025 beginning at 5:30 p.m., held at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Invocation: Public Comment: (Items not on agenda - No action will be taken on items discussed at this time.) (1) Review minutes of May 15, 2025 board meeting, for approval. (2) Annual Audit Report (Period Ending 12/31/2024) - (Corey with Child Richards CPA's) (3) Unfinished business, discussion and follow-up on items from previous meeting. (4) Discussion on Election and 'Declaration of Candidacy' forms filed. (a) Conflict of Interest forms. (5) Items for Board Discussion and/or Approval. (a) Resolution 2025-02 - Adoption of 2025 Certified Tax Rate and Budget Adjustment. (b) Review and discussion on projects. -Dobe Construction (6200 S across HWY 89). - Hyde residence request to repair asphalt damaged with water line install. (Seal coat bid.) -C & L Solutions 6025 S 2625 E - (Breeze Circle). (c) Review for approval previous month adjustments. (6) Discussion and consideration of June 2025 bills, for approval. (7) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: -Samples. (b) Ongoing Projects: -BEACON installs. (c) Review Revenue and Expense Statement vs. Budget for: May/2025. -Treasurer review bank statements for previous month. (d) Employee/Personnel Issues: (e) Public Relations: (8) Possible Closed Meeting - if needed: (Concerning Pending or Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, or Personnel Issues).
