Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Monday, June 16, 2025, at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 P.M.

1. Meeting called to order- Prayer- Roll call.
2. Approval of previous meeting minutes April 15, 2025, and May 20, 2025.
3. Citizens' comments.
4. Discussion of Wellhead Protection Zone Land Use Ordinance 13.10.3.
5. Consider recommendation to proposed amendments to Monroe City Subdivision Ordinance Title 12 Section 15 on lot size requirements for Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk.
6. Consider Goold Brothers Corner Subdivision preliminary application. Located at approximately 300 W 400 N.
7. Consider Family Food Recreational Production-limiting number of pigs.
8. Consider zoning for proposed future dance studio located at approximately 100 E 700 N.
9. Other Business.
10. Adjournment.
