2. 6:35pm Public Hearing to seek input regarding the right of way vacation proposed associated with the Village Springs 55+ Subdivision. After public hearing has taken place the City Council may consider approval of the Village Springs 55+ Subdivision - Consideration of a Preliminary Plat, Subdivision Improvement Plans, Development Agreement, and Public Right-Of-Way Vacation (200 East) on Parcel ID: 04-060-0027 (~ 2300 N Wolf Pack Way).
3. 6:45pm Public Hearing to seek input regarding the right of way vacation proposed associated with the East Haven Subdivision. After the public hearing has taken place the City Council may consider approval of the Easthaven Subdivision - Consideration of a Preliminary Plat, Subdivision Improvement plans, Public Right-Of-Way Vacation (1000 E), and a Development Agreement containing zoning modifications for a proposed 36-lot single-family subdivision in the R-1-20 zone (Parcel IDs: 04-051-0023, 0024, & 0030)(~2750 N 1200 E).
4. Consider a resolution to approve the revisions to the FY2025 Municipal Budget.
5. Consider a resolution to approve the proposed FY2026 Municipal Budget.
