- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N Clubhouse Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The Planning Commission will receive public comment regarding the following: Concept and Preliminary Plan approval for a Commercial Development at 4773 W Cedar Hills Drive, located in the Cedar Hills Retail Center Subdivision (Jack in the Box) Shortly before the public hearing, supporting documentation is posted on the city website at www.cedarhillsutah.gov or available by contacting the City Recorder at 801-785-9668. /s/ Colleen A.
