NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AMENDMENTS TO THE CEDAR HILLS GENERAL PLAN This notice is given pursuant to Utah Code, annotated 10-9a-203, 10-9a-204, 10-9a-403, and is being sent to those entitled to such notice under Utah Code. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Cedar Hills intends to adopt amendments to the Transportation Element of the Cedar Hills General Plan. The proposed amendments outline the City's intent to provide and plan for a safe, convenient, and efficient system of transporting people and goods to, from and throughout the community. The public and each of the affected entities are invited to provide information for the City of Cedar Hills to consider in the process of reviewing the proposed amendment adoption. Interested parties are encouraged to subscribe to future notices through the State Public Notice website (utah.gov/pmn/index.html) to receive further information, including meeting agendas and any other issues related to the General Plan amendment process. Additional information concerning this proposed general plan amendments will be made available on the Cedar Hills website at www.cedarhillsutah.gov, or by contacting Colleen Mulvey, City Recorder, at (801) 785-9668 or by email at cmulvey@cedarhillsutah.gov.
