NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the South Jordan City Planning Commission will hold an in-person meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 beginning at 6:30 PM in the South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah for the purpose of receiving public input on and reviewing each of the following:
- PLPP202500089 - Daybreak Village 11B Plat 2, Preliminary Subdivision, 11705 S Bingham Rim Road, LHM Real Estate (applicant)
- PLPP202500034 - Daybreak South Station Plat 5, Preliminary Subdivision, 11300 South Grandville Avenue, LHM Real Estate (applicant)
- PLPP202500055 - Sojo Office Condominium Plat, Preliminary Subdivision, 10509 S River Heights Dr, Zach Olson (applicant)
- Resolution 2025-24 - FrontRunner Station Area Plan, Joe Moss (Planner), Shawn Seager (WCG)

Ability to connect and view is dependent on an individual's internet connection, not the City.
To assure your comments are reviewed and included in the record, written comments may be submitted in advance of the meeting by emailing Greg Schindler at gschindler@sjc.utah.gov, by 12:00 p.m. on June 24, 2025. Any attachments to the email must be less than 10 Mb in size.
