Setting 2025/26 Certified tax rate On Thursday, June 12th @ 5 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in an inconspicuous view by the Secretary to the Board in the areas reserved for such posting of public notices by the member agencies. This notice is also posted on the Public Notice Website and the district's website (www.sdmetrofire.gov). Times are approximate and the order of agenda items is subject to change except for matters that are designated for a certain time. Motions relating to any of the foregoing agenda items, including final action, may be taken at the meeting. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Agency will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 801-677- 2400 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended. *AS NEEDED* Closed meeting to discuss the acquisition or sale of real property, pending litigation and/or to discuss the character and/or competency of an individual(s) (Utah Code ยง52-4-205).
