- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE JUNE 24, 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday June 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider the request of Ben Huntsman for Code Text Amendment to amend Sections 10-6-2: Definitions, and 10-9A-8: Yard Requirements in the Rural Residential Zone. The applicant is requesting to amend the setback requirements for accessory buildings in the Rural Residential Zone and add, amend, or clarify several terms in the land use definitions.
