PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled Library Board meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT.

3. WORK SESSION
3.1. Library Marketing Update
Vice Chair Julie Ann will present new ideas for marketing the library and discuss proposed changes to the library's overall brand strategy. This is a discussion item; no vote is required.
4. BUSINESS ITEMS
4.1. Internet Policy Review
Board members will review the updated Internet Use Policy. Upon approval, the policy will be submitted to the Utah State Library for official filing as part of our library's certification process.
4.2. Board Elections
The board will hold elections to select a new Chair and Secretary. All members are required to vote. Positions will serve for a one-year term.
5. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS
6. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS
6.1. Library Report
A brief verbal update on current library operations, highlights, and upcoming initiatives.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting is on July 15, 2025.
This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically.
