- Notice is hereby given that the Springdale Town Council, in its regular meeting of June 11, 2025, passed the following ordinances: 1. ORDINANCE 2025-08: CHANGES TO THE TOWN'S LAND USE REGULATIONS RELATED TO ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES, AND ADDITION OF A LIMIT ON THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF DEVELOPMENT (IN SQUARE FEET) ALLOWED ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice website. A copy of the Ordinance is attached and may also be seen at the office of the Town Clerk, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, Utah.
