NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, June
26, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items:
1. Consider a proposed Rezoning and Project Plan for the undeveloped property at the intersection
of Pioneer Parkway and Red Mountain Drive (Lot 2 of the proposed CW Santa Clara Amended Subdivision
- copy attached), and directly east of the Harmon's Shopping Center. Cole West LLC is proposing to
rezone the property from the Planned Development Residential PDR Zone to the Planned Development
Commercial PDC Zone to allow for a commercial development project. The subject property is 6.91
acres.
2. Consider a proposed PDR Zone Amendment and Project Plan application for the undeveloped property
at the intersection of Pioneer Parkway and Red Mountain Drive (Lot 1 of the proposed CW Santa Clara
Amended Subdivision - copy attached), and directly northeast of the Harmon's Shopping Center. Cole
West LLC is proposing to develop the site with eighty (80) residential dwelling units on 7.35
acres. This equates to a density of 10.9 units per acre.
Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the
opportunity to express any concerns they may have about the proposed action.
