Public Notice of Invitation to Bid: Project: Park City Community Center Owner: Park City Municipal Corporation General Contractor: Okland Construction Okland Construction, serving as the General Contractor for the Park City Community Center project, is seeking competitive trade contractor bids. The project is currently at the CD phase and bidding will be conducted in accordance with public procurement standards and requirements. This project is a new 15,000 GSF 1 story community center building and associated site improvements. Bid Due Date: 6/19/25 at 11am. RFI Deadline: 6/13/25 EOD sent to ambar.gardner@okland.com Bid Documents: https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/551ae3b81dd5793000b3b61e Bid Submission Requirements: All bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected in accordance with the instructions provided in the invitations.
