NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAWMILL INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON THURSDAY, JUNE 12, 2025 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095

1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on May 15, 2025.
D. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2025-09: a resolution of the Board of Trustees of Sawmill Infrastructure Financing District authorizing the execution of a First Amendment to Assessment Ordinance for the Sawmill Assessment Area, in order to clarify that apartment units within the Assessment Area shall not be treated as residential for purposes of determining the timing of prepayment requirements for assessments, to establish specific prepayment provisions applicable to such apartment units, and related changes; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any infrastructure financing district business.
