NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 10-6-113 and 10-3-818 of the Utah State Code, the Rush Valley Town Council will conduct public hearings at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 to receive public input regarding the following:
Proposed 2025-2026 Fiscal Budget
Proposed 2024-2025 Budget Amendments
Consideration of an Ordinance Establishing Compensation for the Elective, Statutory and Appointed Officers of the Town of Rush Valley for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year
