Public Comment - Alan Frisby - Discussion regarding potential subdivision of his acreage - Herman Mendez - Questions regarding water connection 6. Engineering and Project Updates - Jones & DeMille - Mill Hollow chlorination project progress 7. Operations Manager Report - Update on runoff and monthly sample results - Sanitary Survey update from Nathan Hall (Division of Drinking Water) - Status of meter installations and customer-side shut-off valve discussion - Site visit results, pump and easement considerations, DDW input status - Other monthly updates 8. Clerk Report - CIB application status and follow-up - Interest in new water connections and update on pending requests - Election update: Two trustee candidates have submitted declarations to the County Clerk 9. 2024 Audit Presentation - Aycock and Miles CPAs will present the completed 2024 audit and answer board questions 10. Board Discussion Items - Legal invoices and contract review status - Follow-up on board member meter access discussion and policies - Continuing discussion on customer-side shut-off valve requirement 11. Closed Session (if needed) - For the discussion of personnel, legal, or property matters pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-205 12. Adjournment
