Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regularly scheduled board meeting on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the District Office Lab Training Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075.
1. Declaration of conflicts of interest.
2. Approval of meeting minutes of the meeting held May 8, 2025.
3. Public Comments:
Individuals from the public may address the Board of Trustees at this time. Comments should be limited to three minutes and participants should state their name for the record. The Board of Trustees cannot take action on items not listed on the agenda.
4. Service Award- Brian Lamar- 20 years of service
5. Award contract for renewal of property, liability, and cyber security insurance- Darrell Child, Olympus Insurance.
6. CMGC 2025 WO1 Lining Update - Pablo Mendoza C&L Water Solutions Azuria.
7. CMGC Fairfield Road Sewer Replacement Update - Whitaker Construction.
8. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2025-05, 'A Resolution of the North Davis Sewer District adopting and certifying a tax rate to the Davis County Controller and to the Weber County Clerk-Auditor for the 2025 taxable year'- Angela Lupcho
9. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2025-06, 'A Resolution adopting an amendment to the budget for the remainder of the 2025 budget year' - Angela Lupcho
