PARAGONAH TOWN BOARD PUBLIC HEARING/REGULAR MEETING 44 NORTH 100 WEST, PARAGONAH TOWN HALL June 11, 2025 - 7:00 P.M. Pledge AGENDA 1. Call meeting to order - Marge Cipkar (Mayor Pro-Temp) 2. Declaration of conflict of interest 3. Adopt agenda - By Motion 4. Open Public Hearing to receive public comments concerning the following: a) Findings of No Significant Impact Improvement Water Project b) Resolution 25-2, A Resolution to Open and Make Necessary Adjustments to the 2025 Fiscal Year Budget c) Resolution 25-3, A Resolution Adopting a Budget for Paragonah Town for the 2026 Fiscal Year. 5. Close Public Hearing - By Motion 6. Approve minutes of May 8, 2025, Regular Meeting - By Motion 7. Make decision concerning the following: a) Resolution 25-2, A Resolution Amending the 2025 Fiscal Year Budget for Paragonah Town - By Motion b) Adopt Certified Tax Rate of .000706 as proposed by the County - By Motion c) Resolution 25-3, A Resolution Adopting a Budget for Paragonah Town for the 2026 Fiscal Year - By Motion 8.
